MiniVideoHub Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Introduction

Info ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates MiniVideoHub ('Service'). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you access our website or use our video creation and publishing platform.

Commitment to Compliance: We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable platform data protection standards, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Information We Collect

  • Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect your unique Google subject identifier (sub), verified email address, display name, and avatar picture URL. We only request non-sensitive identity scopes (openid, email, profile).
  • User Content & Projects: We store your project titles, series settings, video scripts, audio recordings and synthesized voices, uploaded visual assets (logos, images), and rendered MP4 video exports.
  • Connected Social Accounts: When you connect social accounts (Facebook, YouTube), we receive and store account identifiers (channel or page IDs and names) and user-supplied API credentials (e.g. Composio API keys), which are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM.
  • Session & Operational Data: We maintain authentication cookies, login timestamps, account approval status, and daily AI quota consumption records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data exclusively for providing and operating the Service: (a) authenticating your identity and administering invite-only access; (b) generating video assets (scripts, narration, image assets, subtitle timings) and rendering video files; (c) publishing videos to your connected Facebook and YouTube channels upon your explicit request (manual publish or scheduled publish); and (d) sending administrative notices (account approvals, system notifications) via email or Telegram.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

Third-Party AI Router: Video generation prompts, script outlines, and text content are transmitted to an external AI router to generate text, voice audio (Edge TTS), audio alignment (Whisper), and images. Data sent to AI models is used solely to generate the requested assets.

Composio & Social Networks: To publish videos, your video files and post metadata are transmitted to Facebook (Meta) and YouTube (Google) through Composio or platform APIs upon your instruction.

No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties or data brokers. We do not use your personal information or content for targeted commercial advertising.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

MiniVideoHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In strict adherence to the Google Limited Use requirements: (a) We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the user interface; (b) We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising; (c) We do not use Google user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models without your affirmative agreement; and (d) Humans will not read your Google user data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security reasons (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations where data is aggregated.

6. Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies Compliance

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies: (a) We only access and process Meta user and page data to enable authorized video publishing and management features requested by you; (b) We do not sell or license Meta platform data, nor share it with ad networks or data brokers; (c) All access tokens and platform credentials are encrypted with AES-GCM and stored securely; and (d) We promptly honor all requests to delete Meta platform data.

7. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Storage & Security: Your data is stored within an application data volume using structured JSON files and a key-value database. Sensitive keys and tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM. We maintain periodic automated snapshot backups for data recovery.

Retention Period: We retain your account information, projects, and assets for as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts and associated project data are retained until deleted upon request or routine cleanup.

8. Data Deletion, Access Revocation & User Rights

Account & Data Deletion Requests: An automated self-serve account deletion feature is planned for a future release (follow-up). Currently, you may request complete deletion of your account, projects, assets, and credentials at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. We will process and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Disconnecting Social Accounts: You can disconnect Facebook and YouTube accounts and remove stored Composio keys at any time via Settings > Socials.

Revoking Platform Permissions: You can revoke MiniVideoHub access permissions directly at any time via your Google Account Permissions and Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites.

9. International Transfers & Jurisdiction

Your data may be hosted and processed on servers located in Viet Nam or infrastructure provided by our cloud hosting partners.
