1. Acceptance of Terms & Beta Status

Welcome to MiniVideoHub ('Service'), operated by Info ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing our website, signing in with your Google account, or using our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Invite-Only Access

To access the Service, you authenticate using your verified Google account via OAuth. You agree to maintain the security of your Google account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Invite-Only Approval: New user registrations are placed in a pending status. Full access to video creation, AI generation, and studio tools requires manual approval by an administrator. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke access at any time at our discretion.

3. Service Description, Render Architecture & Limits

MiniVideoHub provides automated scriptwriting, scene composition, visual templating, synthetic voice narration, subtitle alignment, and video rendering. Video rendering may be processed via embedded render (rendering inside the MiniVideoHub application) or remote render (rendering on a dedicated render server).

Fair Use Quotas: Beta accounts are subject to system usage limits to ensure operational stability, including a daily quota of 100 AI generation requests per user, single concurrent export processing per account, and an upload limit of 16 MB per asset file.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all prompts, text briefs, uploaded images and audio assets, and final rendered video files created by you through the Service.

License to MiniVideoHub: You grant MiniVideoHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you.

Third-Party AI Router Processing: To generate video scripts, scene outlines, images, voice narration, and subtitle timings, your prompts and text content are transmitted to third-party AI routers and model providers. You agree not to submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information into AI generation prompts.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Social Publishing

Social Integrations: You may optionally connect third-party social media accounts, including Facebook and YouTube, using Composio or direct API credentials.

Platform Policies: By connecting your social accounts or publishing content, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and developer policies, including YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, Meta Terms of Service, and Meta Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your published content complies with platform community standards and copyright laws.

Publishing Authorization: MiniVideoHub will only publish videos to your connected accounts upon your explicit manual action or according to publishing schedules configured by you.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to create, render, or distribute: (a) unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit material; (b) content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right; (c) malware, viruses, or automated attacks; or (d) deceptive content violating platform spam or misleading content policies. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent system access controls or quota limits.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of data.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Viet Nam, Info and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination & Account Deletion Requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or during beta lifecycle transitions. You may terminate your account at any time.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account, projects, assets, and credentials by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
